Oprah and Deepak got me like WHOA! I wrote out (below) how they started day one of the 21 day meditation because I was so deeply moved by it, I hope you are too. But first, I’m super excited to share that I was recently published: In The Moment Magazine an article called “Finding Balance” (for sale in the US at the end of August) I am so incredibly thankful for this “yoga in nature” shoot with my beautiful yoga instructors at Ride + Reflect. Love this magazine and the article is truly inspiring! Yoga and meditation have helped transform my life for the better and this year I celebrate 20 years of yoga practice!!! Deep gratitude to myself for showing up, for all of the incredibly inspiring instructors and yogini’s I have met along the way. Namaste 🙏
Oprah :: The Energy of Attraction
The energy of attraction is about aligning in order to get the things you want, aligning your deepest desires (the innate desires that give your life meaning at the truest level) with the source of all energy that keeps the planets aligned, the earth rotating, and the sun rising every day. (!!!)
Alignment is the key.
There is unlimited power in alignment.
Embrace it and you will discover a whole new way of being in the world. What I know for sure is that we are all energy.
We come from star stuff – Carl Sagan 🌟
We are connected to the powerful constant universal force that is creation.
Every moment of every day, we are sending out vibrations. Vibrations like love, vibrations like fear, like anger (also fear), and joy (also love).
The energy we put out it is always returned to us. Universal law. This law guides how we fulfill our lives and our dreams just as it guides the planets. Like attracts like. You attract who you are. Change your energy and you can change your entire experience in the world. Change your intention and you change your path. ♥️♥️♥️
How do we tap into that powerful source of guidance? How do we begin to understand how our deepest desires, how our intentions create our thoughts, words, actions, and ultimately our experiences. Check out the next 21 days (free meditation this month) to get us there!
The Sanskrit Mantra:
Eecha Shakti Namah
Which means: I honor the universal power of desire. ♥🙏🏽💫
So juicy! Let that roll around on your tongue Eecha Shakti Namah, I feel the magic of these words. Sitting in meditation with Eecha Shakti Namah floating around in my mind made my day. I feel a shift. I’m excited!!!
