I combine my love of fine art with my eye for storytelling to capture the beauty and wonder of your experience so that you can enjoy and share your soulful story for generations to come.

hi, i'm Judith Rae

I’m often told I look much younger than my age and that I’m a “Ray of Sunshine”. Of course, I love these sweet compliments especially since I’m turning 41 on Friday (!!!) but I do know that there are specific reasons as to why.

Here they are, I believe in and practice radical self-care! That’s right, I make time to love on and support myself and I am committed – no matter what is happening in my life or where I am in the world. My daily practice includes gratitude, meditation, movement, journaling, affirmations, eating healthy, staying hydrated, and time in nature. Committing to a self-love practice is an incredible way to support yourself and will help you show up as the best version of yourself. This is how I prepare for my shoots and show up as the best version of me!

With all that is happening in the world I believe that now is the time to make sure we are loving on ourselves so that we can approach each day with love too. The best way I know how to contribute is to continue to be a light and a source of hope, love, peace and joy.

Below is my NEW favorite juicing recipe followed by health benefits. 🤓  If you make it please do LMK what you think! Bottoms up

Happy Tummy Happy Life Green Juice: This is my NEW fav green juice recipe. Better to buy organic.

3 Green Apples

1 lemon

1 bulb of fennel w/stalks and fuzz.

1 cucumber

2 inches fresh ginger

1 bunch cilantro

Below are some health benefits:

Fennel: rich in folate, vitamin C, magnesium, cobalt, iron, and essential oils that contain powerful anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Excellent for indigestion, used as a natural antacid to help reduce acidity and inflammation in the digestive tract. Fennel is able to prevent and stop the formation of gas in the stomach and intestines. Known to be highly beneficial for sinus congestion, bronchitis, renal colic, anemia, hypertension, macular degeneration, constipation, bloating, diarrhea, and irritable bowel syndrome. Fennel is used to help protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer. Fennel can ease and regulate menstruation. Fennel is known to help strengthen hair, prevent hair loss, relax the body, and sharpen the memory. If you’d like more info click here this is where I gathered my facts.

Green Apples: a true brain food, feeding neurons and increasing electrical activity. Apples also have traces of flavonoids, rutin, and quercidin—phytochemicals that are responsible for heavy metal and radiation detoxification—as well as the amino acids glutamine and serine, which help detoxify the brain of MSG. This fruit helps cleanse and purify the organs, improve circulation in your lymphatic system, repair damaged skin, and regulate blood sugar. Apples are the ultimate colon cleanser. Apples are excellent for healing SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and other digestive disorders. Apples are also hydrating on a deep, cellular level. They provide precious trace minerals such as manganese and molybdenum, as well as electrolytes and critical mineral salts that help the body rehydrate after exercise or stress of any kind. Eat an apple each day to keep the Vampires away.    For more click here

Ginger: one of the world’s oldest and most popular medicinal spices. Known for its ability to help with digestion, prevent colds, flu, motion sickness, and vertigo. Ginger is an anti-inflammatory and can also help ease menstrual cramps, nausea, heart burn, migraines, sore throats, exhaustion, fatigue, and constipation and it is great in providing relief from the stomach flu and food poisoning. Lemon: ultra-hydrating and electrolyte-producing. Packed with absorbable vitamin C and calcium. The limonoids (a.k.a phytochemicals) in lemon help bond  vitamin C and calcium together creating alkalinity in the body which helps prevent the growth of cancer. Limes are great for cleansing out the liver, kidney, spleen, thyroid and gallbladder. They help purge toxins we collect from exposure to plastics, synthetic chemicals, radiation and poor food choices. For added benefits, drink lemon or lime water first thing in the AM as they reawaken the healing properties of water and alkaline your body.

Cucumbers: fountain-of-youth effect, hydrating us at the deepest cellular level possible. Excellent at rejuvenation and especially effective at cooling a hot, stagnant liver. When eaten on a daily basis, cucumbers can reverse liver damage, dialing back 10 to 15 years of toxin exposure and poor diet.

Fresh cucumber juice is the best rejuvenation tonic in the world. It contains electrolyte compounds specifically geared toward nourishing and cooling down overused adrenal glands and kidneys that are struggling with their task of filtering out toxic debris and getting overheated from toxic uric acid.

Wonderful fever reducers for both children and adults. Juicing cucumbers unleashes their magical anti-fever compounds and agents that help calm a fever like water on a fire.

Cucumbers provide other critical nutrition, too, such as chlorophyll in their skins that’s bonded to B vitamins and vitamins A and C. And cucumbers support digestion. For more click here

Cilantro: a phenomenal herb that is packed with vitamins A, K, & C, minerals such as iron, calcium, and magnesium, and has more antioxidants than most fruits or vegetables. Cilantro is a remarkable heavy-metal detoxifier and is able to remove mercury and aluminum from where it is stored in the adipose (fat) tissues.

Cilantro is highly beneficial for Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Arthritis, Diabetes, Viral and Bacterial Infections, Hepatitis, Colitis, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, Autism, Tourette Syndrome, Infertility, and Bell’s Palsy. Cilantro is also very helpful with autoimmune disorders such as Fibromyalgia, Addison’s Disease, Guillain-Barre syndrome, IBS, Multiple Sclerosis, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Cilantro is known to support the stomach, spleen, adrenals, thyroid, pancreas, bladder, and lungs. It is also highly beneficial in reducing LDL (bad) cholesterol and raising HDL (good) cholesterol. Juicing cilantro is one of the most effective ways to get at least one bunch or more of cilantro in you a day.
