Each day I live in the opportunity to bring myself more present into the here and now. When I do I feel more alive and thankful to be here now.

Last night we took a walk on the beach under the light of the full moon and something incredibly special happened! We witnessed the beauty of life.

Moonshine danced on the ocean and waves sang as they reached the shore. Al and I walked the beach hand in hand hoping that maybe tonight we might encounter a mama sea turtle laying eggs. As we walked we almost missed it. The night was dark and drifting clouds covered the glistening full moon.

Al saw her first, she moved with lightness. A sea turtle had just laid eggs and we stood there in awe watching this beautiful creature make its way home. Moving with grace and ease as the welcoming waves drew her in.

On our way back we decided to walk along the beach and this time I saw her, emerging from the sea. Tired yet moving forward propelled by goddess energy. We sat and watched as she pushed her way out – steady and slow movements told her story.

Making it to shore she climbed as far as she could up the beach. One movement at a time, swaying from side to side, breathing deep. Carrying all she owned. Sand on her face, she began to dig. Moonlight beaming on her shell. The inevitable plight of a mama sea turtle. She made it! Dug her hole, laid her eggs and then headed back to sea. The hope of an extraordinary life for all her babies.

Captivated by all we had witnessed. Watching as these two sea turtle adventurers made way for possibility. All that had concerned me prior to our walk dissipated. I felt held. No reason to worry. Finding myself gifted with present moment reality. Holding space for peace, love, abundance and Divine feminine energy. A passion for capturing the beauty of life as it continues to realize itself before me.

My hope for this blog post is that it continues to inspire you to dream, to grow and to create in fabulously authentic ways. May we all deepen our sense of creativity, self-love, clarity, fulfillment, gratitude and joy in our lives as we make living in the present moment our primary focus.
